Arrangement Conference


CHECKLIST OF ITEMS TO BRING TO THE ARRANGEMENT CONFERENCE AT THE FUNERAL HOME

During the arrangement conference, we will ask for the following personal items and information about your loved one so we may file the death certificate and request certified copies on your behalf, place an obituary notice, prepare for public or private viewing prior to burial or cremation, coordinate funeral or memorial service details, and care for the practical aspects of your family member’s arrangements.


-Clothing & underclothing

(conservative necklines are preferred)


-Eyeglasses, jewelry and/ or personal effects


-Several recent photographs

(digital photos may be emailed in advance to driggersanddeckerfh@gmail.com, please title the email with your loved one’s name)


-Full legal name and address


-Social Security Number


-Date and place of birth (city/ county/ state)


-Parents’ names, including mother’s maiden name


-Names of surviving and predeceased immediate family members


-Highest education completed


-Occupation and industry of employment


-Affiliations, memberships, hobbies & interest


-Clergy name and contact information


- If a military veteran or spouse, please bring veteran’s honorable discharge paper (DD-214)


- Cemetery deed and existing monument information (if applicable)


-Life insurance policies
